Due to federal health regulations and the nature of our products, all hair extensions and wigs are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the security seals or bundle ties have been tampered with or removed. Please inspect your textures through the packaging upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us at info@thefolliclebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery.
